The Penn State Harrisburg Ice Hockey Club will be headed to the Sunshine State in March, as they earned a bid to compete in the AAU National Tournament, which will be held in Jacksonville FL from March 18-23.
Penn State Harrisburg enters the 20 team tourney as the 8th seed. They will begin pool play on March 18th against #13 seed and last season's D3 champ University of Miami. The club then faces off on March 19th against #18 Paul Smith's College, before closing out pool play on March 20th against #3 seed High Point University.
This is the 5th consecutive Nationals bid for the Lions. Last season, the team made it to the quarterfinals before bowing out to University of Tennessee.
